Abstracts shall be submitted for both oral presentations and posters. If time constraints occur, some oral presentations might be accepted as posters.

Title: Title should be in large fonts (e.g. Arial >80 points) and attract potential viewers. If POSSIBLE, INSTITUTE LOGOS OR AFFILIATIONS SHOULD BE MINIMISED IN SIZE AND PUT IN THE LOWER CORNER of the poster, or, alternatively, next to the title.
Margins: 25 – 30 mm
Use short sentences, simple words, and bullets to illustrate your points. Text should be broken up by including graphics or photos. Self-explanatory graphics should dominate the poster. The poster (text and graphics) should be easily readable from a distance of about 2 metres. As a thumb rule, the text should be readable if the poster is printed out on an A4 sheet (e.g. Arial >24 points).
The article (which is the development of the abstract) is not compulsory, but more than welcome to the proceedings volume, which shall be published separately, after the Congress since this requires a lot of editing work – each participant will receive a copy by e-mail as an e-book and even a printed version will be available.

3. Character type: Times New Roman, 11 pts
4. Size of publications: 20 000 to 30 000 characters
5. Row spacing: 1.15
6. References: Harvard referencing
