The Data Subject’s rights in relation to data processing You, as a person involved in the management of personal data at our Institution, shall have the right to
a. request access to your personal data from our institution, supplementing, correcting, deleting or restricting your personal data,
b. data portability in the event of conditions defined by law, furthermore
c. object to the processing of your personal data (if this is allowed by law)
d. restriction of data processing at any time for free. The revocation does not affect the legality of data processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.
You can also initiate the withdrawal by post or electronically at the e-mail address info@unithe.hu. Based on the withdrawal of consent, the technical lead time for the termination of data management is 30 days. e. submit a complaint to the supervisory authority. If you are a foreign citizen, you can also make a complaint with the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace. f. go to court in the event of a breach of your rights.
The court shall hear the case as a matter of urgency. The regional court, or the Budapest-Capital Regional Court in the capital city, has jurisdiction to hear the case. Proceedings may also be brought before the regional court of the place of residence or place of stay of the Data Subject. We kindly ask you to contact the University before making your complaint with the supervisory authority or the court – in order to negotiate and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
